Where shepherds haunt would I be seen,
And rest me in oases green.
When with the caravan I fare,
Shawl, coffee, musk, my merchant's ware.
No pathway would I leave untraced,
To the city from the waste.
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Thank you, I appreciate that!
I’m assuming you mean skin deal. Growing up under a half Mediterranean half Brazilian mama was the best skin deal I could ask for. My list of blessings for happy skin:
1. Water, of course.
2. Good diet. I opt for lots of salmon, fresh fruits, and whole grains. If it’s sweet I douse it in organic honey it it’s bland or salty, olive oil.
3. White tea. Even considerably better than green tea.
4. Coconut water (mixed with fresh juice). Brilliant for skin -tons of electrolytes and minerals.
5. Sauna, two times a week. Clean it all from the inside-out.
6. Exercise, duh. Good cardio, yoga, and going out to dance are how I like to keep it all fresh.
7. Dark chocolate. My sweet of choice. At least 70% cacao. More exciting antioxidants than nearly anything else out there.
8. Omega-3 and Vitamins. I like natural fish oil and Vitapril.
9. Sun time, fun time. Protect it but also enjoy it.
10. Rosewater. I use it as a toner and put it in my tea.
11. Olive oil. All over my food and all over my skin. I think only Americans use olive oil exclusively on food. Some extra virgin is great on your skin.
12. Brazil nuts. Rich and delicious -my workout snack. Tons of protein. The nut oil is also great for topical application.
13. Natural face wash. I use a Burt’s Bees exfoliant scrub, a Doctor Bronner’s Soap, or these plain soap bars I pick up from the Tel Aviv market that are made from Dead Sea salts.
14. A periodic facial or pore strip is great too. I really love Korres products and have a rose mask I like to use. Also ignore the avoid undereyes and lips warnings. Just don’t be an idiot, but your lips and undereyes will look great after a facial.
15. Moisturizer. I’ve moisturized since elementary school (never claimed I wasn’t high maintenance..) and tried a bajillion products. Some way more expensive than any teen should ever had spent money on. Now I like Burt’s Bees Baby Bee Buttermilk lotion. Yup.
16. Perfekt Skin Perfecter. Google it. Miracle worker. Makes skin look magnificent.
17. Rhoto-V Eye Drops. Not for skin per se. But I have sensitive eyes and clearing them up freshens your whole face up.
18. A lofah to buff the skin twice a week. And a good basic body moisturizer for after the shower.
19. Lip balm. I like the mint Rosebud salve. Or the Deep Steep moisture sticks.
20. Orgasms.
